The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users about the manner in which their personal data is collected and processed within the framework of using the krevoxa.com website and the Krevoxa cross-platform application.

1. Data Controller

The controller for personal data processing is AQ Bros. SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with variable capital (minimum capital €200), registered in the Paris RCS (993 264 779) and whose registered office is located at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris.

2. Collected Data and Purpose

The nature of the data we collect depends on your use of our services:

  • On the website (Newsletter): The only personal data we collect via the form on this site is your email address, with your explicit consent, for the sole purpose of sending you information relative to the development of Krevoxa.
  • In the application (Registered account mode): We collect your email address, username, and password (encrypted) to secure your account and synchronize your devices.
  • In the application (Guest mode without account): We do not collect any personal identity data. An anonymous session is created and linked to your device.
  • Printer technical data: We collect configuration and status parameters (notably model, physical limits, temperatures, axis positions, and print statistics) as well as hardware pairing identifiers.
  • File metadata: We collect information relating to print files (name, size, slicer settings, preview thumbnails) to facilitate your remote management.
  • Media: Images and thumbnails that you choose to assign to your printer profiles.

Important note: Krevoxa does not store the content of your print files (G-code/STL) on its servers. These files remain stored locally on your hardware.

3. Recipients and Sub-processors

To operate, our site utilizes third-party services that may have access to your data:

  • Site hosting: Our website (www.krevoxa.com) is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (2325 3rd Street, Suite 296, San Francisco, California 94107, USA). This host acts as a sub-processor and data transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • App hosting and authentication: Our database infrastructure (PostgreSQL) and the application's authentication system are managed by Supabase, Inc. (a Delaware corporation with offices at 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513). This host acts as a sub-processor and your data is stored on their secure servers located in Ireland (West EU, region eu-west-1). Data transfers outside the EU related to technical management and service maintenance are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Media management: Images and preview thumbnails uploaded in the application are hosted and optimized by Cloudinary, Inc. (3400 Central Expressway, Suite 110, Santa Clara, CA 95051, USA). This host acts as a sub-processor and data transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Newsletter management: Our registration form and mailing list are managed by Brevo. When you register, your email address is directly transmitted and stored on their secure servers in Europe. For more information, you can consult Brevo's privacy policy.

Important note: Krevoxa does not store the content of your print files (G-code/STL) on its servers; these files remain stored locally on your hardware. Outside of our technical service providers necessary for the operation of the service (mentioned in point 3), we do not share or sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Retention Period

  • Newsletter: Until your unsubscription.
  • Guest Mode (without account): Data is permanently deleted after 180 days of inactivity.
  • Registered Account: Data is kept as long as the account is active. Upon deletion, all data is erased.

5. Cookies and Audience Tracking

In order to respect the privacy of our users, our krevoxa.com website and our shortened link system have been designed to not place any tracking cookies on your browser. This is why we do not display a cookie consent banner.

We have chosen to self-host these solutions on our own secure infrastructure. These tools allow us to measure traffic and interactions in an aggregated and totally anonymous manner, without ever collecting personal data (IP addresses being anonymized before storage) or using third-party trackers.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. To exercise these rights, simply contact us at contact@aqbros.com.
